**COVER REVEAL** My Forever Cocky Biker Encounter

Woohoo! Welcome to Weird, Wild, & Wicked tales for a cover reveal of MY FOREVER COCKY BIKER ENCOUNTER. This story started when the #CockyGate trademark kerfluffle came about in May 2018. The brouhaha surrounding #CockyGate was so frustrating, I started writing a little tongue-in-cheek story to make myself laugh. I thought it would be a few thousand words and would come to nothing. Yeah, apparently along with humor, a real romance tale erupted, and swelled to 55K words. Not only that, but it spawned four more stories, and I'm almost done with the second one. The story behind the title is all these words were going to be trademarked because of the attempt to trademark "cocky". So "forever", "biker", "encounter", and yes, "cocky" were all on the list to be withheld from public use. Fortunately, it came to nothing, but there's definitely a story here for you to enjoy. This tale will be out January 15 2019. It's First Person, M/F Biker romance with humor and snark.

Here's the blurb:

Oriana Hunter

I don’t trust many people, bikers included. Most especially, the bikers from the Concrete Angels Motorcycle Club. But when I’m abducted by my “best friend” to come work for them as a forensic accountant, I don’t have a lot of choice. Hey, at least I got them to sign a contract, and it comes with dental. All I have to do is find out who’s embezzling from them and I can go home. I have far too many demons to be around anyone for very long. It would go a lot faster if I didn’t have a handsome cocky biker hanging around and being nice to me. The question is which folks are worse, those wearing the Concrete Angels’ cuts or the FBI jackets?

Oriana Hunter is the sexiest woman I’ve ever seen walk through the gates of the Concrete Angels’ compound, and she’s badass, through and through. But she doesn’t trust anyone, me especially, and I can recognize the signs of someone dealing with PTSD from my time in the Army. Turns out, she’s a former FBI agent who left the bureau after she was raped, and doesn’t trust bikers or men. Not that I blame her. I wouldn’t trust us either. But I know she’ll figure out our money leak, and quickly. She’s too smart not to. Which means I don’t have a lot of time to prove I’m not what she thinks and convince her to stay.

Leave me a comment to tell me what you think. This title is Book 1 in the Concrete Angels MC series and should be out January 15 2019. Great thanks to Kris Norris and Paul Henry Serres for the fantastic image. Keep your eyes peeled for the pre-order link HERE. Happy reading!

Snow started shortly after I had left the house. Cursing the fact that I hadn’t checked the weather forecast I noted it was an hour to town; all I saw was forest. My dead husband convinced me and my toddler daughter, Sarah to live in the middle of nowhere.
The car skid, I trying to correct I ended up in a ditch. I prayed; but the day went by and then another. Bundling Sarah up, I trudged through the snow which was now up to my thighs. I traipsed on as the snow pelted my face. It seemed like hours and what little warmth I had I was given to Sarah.
Saying a silent prayer, suddenly I saw light up which quickly disappeared. I lay down and fell asleep. I half awoke to rough hands that said, “You will come with me. I’m going to save you both,” the male voice declared.
He bundled us into a sleigh took us to a small cabin in the woods and then placed us in front of a roaring fire bundled in blankets. Scared on both on his face and hands; he turned away when I looked at him. Sarah escaped the blankets ran to him and touched his face, then kissed him.
He said we saved him that day; but he saved us and we fell in love with him. He is now my husband and Sarah’s father. Life is good.
